The Problem
"The footer link on the Mueller landing page needs to be changed." — This todo ends up in Slack, an email, a sticky note or nowhere. When it needs to be done, you first have to figure out which website it's even about.
In pingport, tasks are attached directly to the website. Every todo belongs to a specific website, has a status, a priority and optionally a responsible person.
How does it work?
Create todos directly on the website detail page or via the team-wide todo overview. Each todo has a title, description, status (open, in progress, done), priority (low, medium, high), optional assignment to a team member and an optional due date.
In the dashboard, you see a widget with the number of open tasks and the 5 most urgent ones. Filter by: all open todos, todos per website, my todos, overdue todos.
