The Problem
Monitoring is useless if alerts don't reach the right people. Or if they come so often they're ignored. Or if they arrive hours later.
pingport notifies your team immediately for relevant events — by email, with clear information and without alert fatigue.
How does it work?
For each team, you configure which alert types should go through which channel. Email alerts are included in the base plan, Slack and webhook alerts are available as add-ons.
Alerts are triggered for: downtime (after 2 failed checks), SSL expiry (30, 14, 7 und 1 in advance), domain expiry (90, 60, 30 und 14 in advance) and slow response time.
When a website comes back online, you automatically get an all-clear with the downtime duration. Escalation logic ensures you're notified again for extended downtime.
