Frequently asked questions

The extension doesn't recognize my website

Make sure the URL in your pingport portfolio matches exactly — including www or without www. The extension compares the current page's domain with your website URLs.

My token doesn't work

Check that you copied the token correctly and completely. If needed, revoke the old token and create a new one in settings.

Does it work with Safari?

Safari support is planned. Currently we support Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera and Brave.

Can I create multiple tokens?

Yes, you can create a separate token per browser or device. This way you keep control and can revoke individual tokens at any time.
